How to install the Yamaha PSR S910 keyboard on PC with QWERTY English keyboard layout (Indonesia) Here's how to install the popular Yamaha PSR S910 keyboard on your PC, with a QWERTY English keyboard layout. It can be installed by either plugging in via USB or MIDI connection. If you want to use it as a MIDI controller for software, this is how you'll want to install it. Step 1: Download this file: KonamiSetup.zip (KB1105, 71019 bytes) Step 2: Extract the file and double-click "KONAMI USB Driver". Note: If the autoexec.bat file is not found in the extracted folder, create one. If you don't, it'll ask for the autorun.inf installation to be done manually, so click "No" and follow these steps instead: go to Start — All Programs — Yamaha — USB Driver — Set up USB driver manually and follow the instructions there. Note: If you're not sure if the USB driver is set up correctly, go to the same folder and double-click "USB Driver Controller Test". It should say "Controller Ok". Note: To uninstall the USB driver, double-click "Uninstall USB Driver". Step 3: Plug in your Yamaha Keyboard via USB. Step 4: Run KORG KONTROL Editor for PC (kb1105.exe) which you should have already downloaded. Note: If it still shows "Keyboard not found" after you've installed all drivers properly, it should be because there's a problem with Windows' registry. See here for how to fix it . Step 5: Go to SONGS→MIDI Synth→Yamaha YC-15/30 Drive → Drive-1. Note: If instead, it shows "DriveOk" or "Please insert drive 1", it means the MIDI connection is not working. Step 6: Make sure that "USB Keyboard Setting" is selected. Note: If it's set to any other option, the keyboard will not function properly! Step 7: Hit "OK". Note: It should say "Registered". Now you're good to go! Here's a video showing you how this setup looks like on Windows XP. If you still have trouble installing the Yamaha PSR S910 USB keyboard, try this: 1.
